Traveling from Jerusalem to the shore of the Red Sea

" And it came to pass that [Lehi], and...his family...departed, [from Jerusalem], to the wilderness.  And...came down by the borders near the shore of the Red 'Sea...."  (1 Nephi 2: 4-5)

The most logical geographical and unswerving exact traveling location to this 'near the shore of the Red Sea', would be into the Great Jorden Rift Valley to the Gulf of Aqaba

.  ....Lehi and his family "traveled" again for "three [more] days" and this time "...pitched his tent," not by the sea shore, but "in a valley by the side of a river of water".  (1 Nephi 2:6)
"...He, [Lehi], called the name of the river, Laman and it emptied into the Red Sea...."  (1 Nephi 2:8)
Lehi called the name of the valley... the valley of Lemuel..."  (1 Nephi 2:14)
